Ordo Ineptus Gaming League

I am sure I am not the only member of the Ordo to notice just how much our club has grown over the last few months! With so many new faces it's hard to get a game in with everyone. With this in mind let me introduce our new gaming league system. The founding concept behind the league is to give members an opportunity to meet and compete against a larger playerbase then they normally would. During each season players will have a single game vs. every other player in the league. Many battles lie in wait, Good Luck!

 40K League Rules

Registration Page

Start Date: Sept 25th, 2009, Tentatively the League season will last for three months.

Style: Each player will use a single 1500 point fixed list for the duration of the league.  Each player will play a single game against every other player in the league. Only standard Codex armies are allowed. Painted armies are not required, however appearance will be part of the final score.

Organization: Players are responsible for organizing games against each other throughout the duration of the season.

Mission style and deployment of each game will be rolled for randomly folling the rules of 5th edition.

Scoring: Game scores shall be submitted to the league organizer weekly. Each game will be scored on Combat victory as well as Sportsmanship.

Combat scores are as follows:

Win: 10 points

Draw: 6 points

Loss: 1 point

Each player will privately score his opponent in sportsmanship using the following guidelines.

1- My opponent was unfriendly and his list seemed completely over the top!

2- My opponent played a little rough, and his Dual Lashwhip Deamon Princes are mean.

3- My opponent was tough but fair. A solid game vs a worthy opponent.

4- My opponent was helpful and friendly, truely a gracious combatant.

5- What an awesome and Fluffy experience! My opponent really knows how to bring a game of 40K to life.

Final Results: At the end of the season the scores will be tallied and a final ranking shall be determined.

A players final score shall be weighted as follows:

Combat Victory: 50%

Sportsmanship: 25%

Painting/Appearance: 25%

Near the end of the season an Appearance Judging session will be held.
